Technical foundations
Started in computer maintenance, field support and electronics. Worked with enterprise hardware, banking automation, retail automation and customer-facing technical services, building a strong understanding of how technology behaves outside the lab.

Infrastructure and service operations at Raízen / Cosan
Progressed through infrastructure technical support and service desk activities, working with enterprise users, systems, process documentation, continuous improvement and SAP support. During the Shell–Cosan integration that formed Raízen, contributed to the Joinventory initiative through customer support activities and the migration of server infrastructure from Rio de Janeiro to the Cosan environment in São Paulo.

Hyundai AutoEver — MES and enterprise software
Spent almost a decade in Hyundai Group’s technology environment, participating in the startup and evolution of Manufacturing Execution Systems in Brazil. Delivered integrations across MES, SAP ERP, SAP MII, SAP EWM, WMS and shop-floor technologies, while developing enterprise applications and data solutions with C#, .NET, SQL Server, Oracle, JavaScript and APIs.
